 NOTICE TO UTILITY CUSTOMERS

The City is transitioning to a new utility billing software system to better serve our customers.  As part of this change, the current online payment method will no longer be available. Customers will need to create a new account in the updated system to access their utility information, make payments, and set up recurring billing options.

Additional details on how to register and use the new system will be provided soon.

We kindly ask for your patience during this transition period. As this is a new system for our staff as well, there may be a brief learning curve as we work to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we improve our services.
