The Cemetery is maintained through donations, fundraisers and subsidies from the Town.
To make a donation you can send a check to Either the Fort Cobb Cemetery or the Oak Grove Cemetery as it goes by both names. You can also come into City Hall and make a donation.
Donations can be made in honor of a loved one or someone who has passed.

We have a volunteer who has been walking the cemetery and uploading the GPS coordinates of each grave. Visit Find-A-Grave to see if you can locate your loved ones grave.
The following rules and regulations have been established for the good of the cemetery.
The Town of Fort Cobb Board of Trustees and the Cemetery Committee have the right to forbid the placing of any structure or object they deem objectionable.
No owner or agent of any lot or plat shall plant or maintain flowers, shrubs, border plants or trees. All grass, weeds, trash or other litter shall be placed in the receptacle located in the cemetery.
Funeral designs and floral pieces will be removed from graves when they bcome wilted or unsightly. Persons desiring to RETAIN ANY, MUST REMOVE SAME WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER PLACEMENT.
No signs idicating that a lot or plot is for sale will be permiitted . Signs, cards or advertisements of any business or person are likewise prohibited.
No curb, wall or corner stones of any kind will be permitted.
Memorials or grave markers must be made of granite, marble, or standard bronze. Grave covers are prohibited.
In installing wither monuments or markers a small concrete piling not less than 30 inches in length and 4 inches in diameter is required under each base. A slab 6 inches larger all the way around than the marker will be placed on the piling referred to, with elevation at the ground level. The slab itself shall be 6 inches on all sides larger than the marker, thus allowing a wheel mower to ride this area and permit the cutting of grass by mowers.
All lots in the first, and second addition have 4 plats. While all lots in the third and Van Eaton Addition have 8 plots. The plots located in the west half of the lot must set the monument on the west end. Plots located in the east half of the lot must set the monument on the west end. Plots located in the east half of the lot must set the monument on the est end., The only exception will be official military markers.
If the owner or agent cannot be found when notified by letter at their last known address, the board or their agent shall have any objectionalbe article removed. This rule shall apply equally to the present owners or agents, as well as to future purchasers of same lot or plot.
